Job Description

Robbins Recruiting Solutions has partnered with a leading retail merchandising solutions company who is continuously innovative with creative new approaches to meet customers' needs. They are the industry expert for all retail merchandising, fixture, and display needs, from concept to implementation.

The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading global marketing efforts, driving brand visibility, go-to-market execution, and demand generation in line with the company's strategic priorities. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a commercially minded marketer who brings strategic thinking, strong execution, and an understanding of the food retail landscape.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with company goals.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning in partnership with Product Management and Sales Enablement.
  • Act as a marketing representative in executive discussions and planning meetings.
  • Brand & Positioning
  • Manage brand architecture and messaging hierarchy across all channels.
  • Collaborate with external brand consultants to refine positioning as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, trade shows, and customer touchpoints.
  • Digital & Content Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including website, SEO, email, and paid media.
  • Guide development of content strategy — including product collateral, case studies, and videos.
  • Phase out content creator once foundational assets are completed, leveraging internal and freelance support as needed.
  • Enablement & Sales Support
  • Manage Sales Enablement as a global function: training, tools, onboarding, and feedback loops.
  • Ensure close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers for local execution.
  • Align with Product Management on value propositions, messaging, and launch readiness.
  • Events & Campaigns
  • Oversee the planning and execution of global and regional trade shows (via future hire or external support).
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to support launches and customer programs.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to sales and GTM strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong grasp of digital tools and campaign management (Salesforce, Pardot).
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, branding, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Industry experience in food retail, CPG, fixtures, or related sectors is highly preferred.
