Integration Engineer, Houston, TX (Onsite)

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned IntegrationEngineer with at least 6 years of experience in wireless network operations. Must have hands-on Nokia experience within the past 2 years. This is a full-time work from home role in USA, supporting live environments and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain AirScale and FlexiZone (indoor & outdoor) BTS site solutions.
• Configure and manage sites using Element Manager tools (Web UI, BTS Site Manager, CLI).
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics using toolkits such as Emil, DCAP, UTF, and 5G tools.
• Work within OSS platforms and applications including CM Operation Manager, Editor, Workflow Tool, Software Manager, and Monitor Application.
• Access and interpret documentation via the Discovery Documentation Center.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in wireless networks.
• Must have hands-on Nokia experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong understanding of site configuration, network diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with system management interfaces and operations support tools.
• Must be able to work full-time from home and residing in USA.
