Job Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for performing administrative duties in an office setting, which may include customer service, advanced word processing, data entry, filing and organizing.

- Knowledge of Proficiency in Microsoft Office package with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records related to the department.
- Coordinate all new hire and annual training, such as OPSEC, Anti-terrorism, HIPAA.
- Knowledge of union-based wages according to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Accountable for collecting, compiling, and entering payroll data by established deadlines.
- Responsible for issuing, maintaining and filing time records per pay period.
- Required to submit monthly person-hour reports.
- Process documents (e.g. applications, criminal/DMV background checks, drug test, performance evaluations, employee change requests, verification forms, employee ID badges, job postings, immunization invoices etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate parties.
- Assist management with all new hire on-boarding and hospital orientation.
- Review/Investigate job-related incidents, handle worker's compensation claims.
- Assist employees by providing information about company benefits.
- Assures accomplishment of physical exams, screenings and immunizations of staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
