We are seeking a motivated Civil Project Manager – Transportation Mega Projects with a proven track record in project acquisition. This Senior Project Manager can be based in any of our Texas offices. This role involves managing complex engineering projects, marketing, business development, and client relations, ensuring profitable project delivery and troubleshooting design issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Scope development and management to meet project goals and financial/technical requirements
• Understanding client objectives deeply
• Leadership, oversight, mentoring, and project management
• Developing new business and maintaining client relationships
• Preparing and reviewing proposals
• Leading interviews and contract negotiations
• Delivering technical presentations
• Staff planning and coordination across offices
• Managing multiple projects with creativity and sound engineering judgment
• Leading client and contract management
• Recruiting and developing staff

Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Licensed Texas P.E.
• 12+ years in transportation/roadway engineering
• 5+ years in engineering management
• Experience with government agencies, contractors, and TxDOT projects
• Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to produce design deliverables and manage projects
• Ability to pass drug screening and possess a valid driver's license and a good MVR
