Export Coordinator - WMRA

Collaborates with the Recycling Service Center Manager, Supervisors, Logistics Representatives, Account Managers, and other lead positions to drive efficiencies and process improvement. Organizes data in a way that allows one to analyze and pinpoint productivity opportunities. Maintains databases and spreadsheets that facilitate information flow from Account Managers to the RSC. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Provides support as a Lead to the Supervisors by providing ongoing and daily assistance to CSRs. May act as the primary contact in assisting team of quality service providers. Assists supervisory staff with handling escalated calls that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.
