Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have experience with FedEx and UPS online software for processing direct-to-customer orders.
- Computer Skills: 6 months of previous Microsoft experience is required.
- Strong decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work overtime as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of associates to achieve operational goals.
- Coordinate team assignments and control the workflow through the WMS system.
- Check sales orders against available inventory to ensure maximum order fulfillment.
- Generate tasks through the WMS system to ensure maximum order fulfillment.
- Provide information for daily start-up meetings.
- Manage equipment check-out and check-ins.
- Provide feedback on productivity and quality-related performance to supervisors.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
