Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and evolve our technology strategy across a global, multi-office organization. This role will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and security while ensuring seamless end-user support and the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on JD Edwards experience, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing IT in a complex, international environment.

Base Pay Range

$130,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Project Management

• Lead IT projects that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
• Explore and evaluate innovative technologies, including Generative AI, to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Infrastructure & Security Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, hardware, software, and enterprise systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Manage network security protocols and oversee disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements for IT activities.

End-User Support & Operations

• Manage help desk operations and deliver effective end-user support for critical business systems.
• Drive improvements in incident resolution and service response times.
• Coordinate IT procurement, asset management, policies, and documentation to maintain standards across global offices.
• Leverage JD Edwards experience to support and optimize enterprise resource planning (ERP) functions.
• Collaborate across multiple regions and offices, ensuring consistent IT practices and seamless technology integration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record managing IT operations and leading IT teams in a global or multi-office environment.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards ERP systems.
• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, including networks, hardware, software, and security.
• Demonstrated success managing help desk operations and resolving complex end-user issues.
• IT procurement and purchasing experience.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance for IT functions.
