D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently seeking a Region Marketing Manager for the SE TX Region. The ideal candidate will develop, design, write, and coordinate advertising across various media channels for the region. This role involves managing marketing and public relations efforts, primarily working with divisions on community marketing materials and strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with division marketing managers/coordinators to enhance products and company image.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials for active and upcoming communities, including ad campaigns, press releases, website designs, e-blasts, logos, and direct mail campaigns.
- Oversee the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral in collaboration with division marketing managers/coordinators.
- Coordinate the compilation and completion of brochures and signage with divisions.
- Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve customers and enhance the company's goodwill and profitability.
- Travel overnight as required.
- Support the Region President with communication regarding future marketing initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise 2 or more employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Four to six years of related experience and/or training.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to understand and apply instructions in written, oral, or digital form.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email.
- Ability to sit for most of an 8-hour workday; use hands; reach; talk and hear. Visual acuity includes close and peripheral vision.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
