Documentation Specialist. Long Term Temporary (3-6 months )Pay: $18.00 per hour. Duties: Exercises considerable independent judgment and discretion in handling projects, processes and administrative duties to support assigned department. Requires thorough knowledge of the Company's business, policies, and personnel. Person is an expert resource for the work group/department. Has extensive daily contact with internal customers and/or outside customers or suppliers. Originates all forms of communications as a normal part of the function. Performs a variety of support duties to generate documents, ensure the accuracy of the documents, distribute and train others on the documents. Documents may be Engineering Change Orders (EC - Os), Certifications of conformance, or other company documents. Responsible to assemble and distribute documentation according to standard procedure.
