FlexTek is partnered with an Aviation company in Sugar Land that is hiring an HRIS Analyst (Time Clock & IT Tech)! Great opportunity with a stable & growing company!

WORKING 100% IN-OFFICE IN SUGAR LAND

Hybrid position between IT & HR/HRIS

UKG experience required (UTA and time clocks, dimensions)

Android tablet experience (they have about 300 tablets throughout the company)

Requirements

• Experience with UltiPro/Dimensions/UKG Touchbase clock and tablet technologies
• Ability to setup and support Android tablets for field level applications
• Proficient at setting up, administering and supporting time clocks and working within the UltiPro/Dimensions/UKG UTC environment
• Ability to interface with HR and payroll teams, and troubleshoot issues related to time clocks
• Manage and maintain asset inventory and keep clock/tablet supply inline with business needs
• Provide level 1 desktop support to all employees when not supporting time clock environment
• Maintain and manage time clock, tablet and desktop support requests in ticketing system
• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, customer service orientation
• Strong analytical and time management skills, effectively managing workflow and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Ability to take initiative to identify and anticipate user needs, make recommendations, and implement actions

Education:

• Associates Degree or Certifications related to HR, timekeeping, or technology

Experience:

• Time clock management and support: 3-5 years
• Active Directory and O365 account management: 2-3 years
• Ticket system management: 3-5 years
• Ultipro: 3-5 years
