We're Hiring! – Duty Drawback Analyst

Our Houston, TX (77084) Office has an immediate opening for a Duty Drawback Analyst. We are seeking candidates at different levels to perform various functions. Advanced Excel experience is required, and for some levels, expertise in pivot tables and VLOOKUP is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and verify import/export information, comparing electronic data against commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.

• Develop knowledge of supply chain processes, including logistics, planning, and customer master setup.

• Perform professional-level work involving complex or less-defined issues.

• Identify problems, develop solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution.

• Extract and manipulate required information from electronic source data (.xls, .txt, etc.).

• Enter data and perform drawback analysis using Excel and drawback accounting software.

• Obtain necessary documents to maintain compliance with regulations.

• Work independently on assigned drawback office activities, receiving guidance only on unusual or complex problems.

• Ensure output is reviewed periodically by supervisors or clients as needed.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
