**Job Description:**

Seeking a motivated IT Analyst to support IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to team members. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of both Mac and Windows environments and be eager to learn and grow in a challenging role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support to end-users on both Mac and Windows platforms, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and peripherals.

- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols and practices.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Document IT procedures, processes, and configurations.

- Assist in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems.

-Good knowledge of 365, user management - more than passwords.

- Experience with IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

- Basic networkingskills, familiarity with concepts and protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
