Shift Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Call & Holidays: Required
- Call Schedule:
- Week-long call, Monday to Monday
- Mon–Fri: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Sat & Sun: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM next day
- If called in during Sat/Sun 7a–7p, the on-call tech must cover the shift
- Current rotation is once a month (may change based on staffing)
- Call-back is rare (average 2–4 times per month)
