Sr. BIM Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Sr. BIM Coordinator. The Sr. BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing BIM coordination processes, including creating and managing BIM models, ensuring the accuracy and quality of model content, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers. Responsibilities also include leading coordination meetings, resolving conflicts within the BIM model, and supporting project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.

• BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Project Management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience with relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) is a plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
