Position Overview

Main Accountabilities

• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Produce flight production paperwork
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date, and properly labeled files for quick reference
• Work independently and collaborate with team members on special projects
• Provide support to multiple departments, including culinary, payroll, and transportation
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience with basic computer and technical proficiency
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and other Windows-based applications
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Solid general math skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize business needs
• Effective verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills
