Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide daily technical support to our North America office users. The role includes issue triage, hardware/software troubleshooting, remote assistance, and close coordination with the global IT team in China. The ideal candidate can independently resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues and support the deployment of IT assets and corporate systems.


Key Responsibilities

● Provide first and second-level technical support for local users (Windows, M365, Outlook, Teams, printers, VPN, etc.)

● Assist in setting up new devices and accounts for onboarding users

● Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity and office hardware

● Coordinate remote access sessions for ticket resolution

● Maintain an internal helpdesk ticketing system, track issue resolution, escalate when necessary

● Support Microsoft 365 services: account configuration, password resets, Outlook sync, Teams login, etc.

● Document procedures and local device configurations

● Provide basic training to end users on IT tools and best practices

● Coordinate with China-based IT team for system escalations and reporting

● Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with procurement planning


Required Qualifications

● Associate degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field

● 2+ years of experience in help desk or desktop support

● Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, and remote support tools

● Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus

● Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

● Familiar with network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)


Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in a bilingual (CN/EN) enterprise environment

● Familiarity with IT ticketing systems

● Experience supporting hybrid or international teams
